Let’s take a moment to imagine your check-in experience at a 5-star hotel in Helsinki.

You’ve booked online, and after arriving, the bellboy takes your bags. At the front desk, the dialogue unfolds something like this:

“Welcome to our hotel! Can I have your name and passport, please? I see you’ve booked a Deluxe Room and it’s been pre-paid. Could you provide a credit card for incidentals? We offer breakfast in our restaurant, and there’s a lovely spa for you to enjoy. The bellman will take your bags to the room. Have a great stay, and feel free to ask any questions.”

Not bad, right? But now, imagine the difference when working with a travel advisor who has the right connections.
